Loving Meditations

d-t-SAXON PARTYTamara and David have been married since 1994. When David was diagnosed with cancer in 2013, they deepened their meditation practice to get through this difficult time. Today, David is cancer-free and their marriage is stronger than ever. The practice of meditation has changed their lives.

Loving Meditations came about when David and Tamara discovered that meditation has deep roots in evidenced-based results. They created Loving Meditations as a way to pay forward the benefits of meditation to those experiencing pain, stress, overwhelm and fear during the cancer treatment experience.

In the audios and videos, Tamara guides you with her words while David’s beautiful music and images take you into a deeper and more transformative experience. The mission of Loving Meditations is to help create more ease, harmony and balance for each individual.

How Does
Loving Meditations Work?

Fotosearch_k10498533Loving Meditations collaborates with local health care providers to improve cancer patient outcomes. Recent studies show that a mindfulness-based practice like meditation reduces side effects of medical treatment for cancer patients.

Loving Meditations are audio and video programs for cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers. Patients and caregivers can experience Loving Meditations on their smartphones, tablets or computers, in a treatment center or at home.
